Shipping policy

Gymbuild is committed to delivering fitness equipment safely, efficiently, and transparently. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within the United States.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Large freight items may require 2–5 business days for scheduling and pallet preparation

  • Backordered or preorder items will display estimated availability on the product page

Processing time begins once your order has been confirmed.


Shipping Methods

Shipping method is determined by product size, weight, and order composition.

Small Parcel Shipping

(UPS, FedEx, USPS)

Used for:

  • Accessories

  • Smaller fitness items

  • Lightweight equipment

Small parcel orders ship directly to your address and include standard tracking.


Freight Delivery (Curbside)

Used for:

  • Large machines

  • Heavy equipment

  • Multi-box or palletized units

Freight delivery includes:

  • Curbside delivery

  • Delivery appointment scheduling

  • Signature required

Freight delivery does not include:

  • Inside placement

  • Stairs or room placement

  • Assembly

  • Packaging removal

Multi-Brand & Multi-Warehouse Orders

Gymbuild partners with multiple manufacturers and utilizes warehouses across the United States. As a result:

  • Items in the same order may ship separately

  • Products may arrive on different days

  • Orders may include both parcel and freight shipments

  • Separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment

No additional shipping fees are added for split shipments. This is standard for multi-brand orders and helps ensure faster fulfillment.


Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated transit times begin after processing is complete.

  • Small parcel shipments: 3–7 business days

  • Freight shipments: 5–14 business days, depending on location and carrier scheduling

Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or peak demand periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight and size

  • Shipping method

  • Delivery destination

Some products may include free shipping, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

White Glove delivery and assembly services require a separate quote.


Shipping Restrictions

  • Orders ship within the United States only

  • PO boxes cannot be used for freight deliveries

  • Rural or remote locations may require extended transit times or special arrangements


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Tracking details may include:

  • Carrier tracking numbers for parcel shipments

  • Freight carrier contact information and delivery appointment instructions

If tracking information is not received within the expected timeframe, please contact support@gymbuild.net.


Damaged or Missing Items

Small Parcel Shipments

If an item arrives damaged or missing:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Retain all packaging materials

  • Email photos and order details to support@gymbuild.net


Freight Shipments

Before signing the delivery receipt:

  • Inspect all packaging for visible damage

  • Note any damage directly on the delivery receipt

  • Take photos immediately

Shipping Delays

Gymbuild is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect delivery addresses

  • Peak shipping seasons

  • Unexpected warehouse or logistics disruptions

We will always assist in tracking shipments and helping resolve delivery concerns.


Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect shipping address was entered:

If the order has not shipped, we will update the address when possible.
If the order has shipped, carrier rerouting or redelivery fees may apply.


Lost Packages

If a shipment is marked delivered but not received:

  • Carriers may require 3–8 business days to complete an investigation

  • Freight carriers may perform a location trace

Replacements or refunds are issued once the investigation is completed. Our team will assist throughout the process.
