How price matching works
Gymbuild reviews eligible price match requests by comparing the same product from Gymbuild and a competing authorized retailer.
To qualify for review, the competing product should match the Gymbuild product in brand, model, SKU, variant, color, size, condition, included accessories, and any other relevant product details.
The competing price must be live, publicly available, verifiable, and available to ship to the same delivery area at the time of review.
Total delivered price comparison
For fitness equipment, the product price alone may not tell the full story. Large or heavy equipment can include freight, liftgate, handling, or delivery-related charges.
When reviewing a price match request, Gymbuild may compare the total delivered price before applicable taxes, including:

After-purchase requests
After-purchase price match requests may be reviewed case by case, but approval is not guaranteed.
Review may depend on the order status, shipment status, competitor price availability, supplier pricing, product availability, payment status, and whether the competing offer can still be verified at the time of review.
If an after-purchase request is approved, Gymbuild may issue a refund or adjustment for the approved price difference to the original payment method or through another approved method when applicable.
Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider, order status, supplier review, and bank processing time.
Eligibility requirements
Price match eligibility depends on the product, competitor, order status, supplier requirements, shipping destination, and available documentation.
To qualify, the competing offer generally must meet the following requirements:

Membership-only pricing, employee pricing, private offers, exclusive coupons, referral credits, rewards, rebates, store credits, or gift card promotions

Pricing errors, typographical errors, outdated prices, unavailable offers, or offers that cannot be verified

Bundled offers, package deals, free gift promotions, financing-based offers, or offers requiring separate conditions that cannot be matched

Special-order, custom, quoted, bulk, commercial, wholesale, or facility project pricing unless specifically approved by Gymbuild

Installation, assembly, room-of-choice placement, inside delivery, white glove service, packaging removal, or services not included with the Gymbuild order

Price match requests are reviewed by Gymbuild on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Gymbuild may verify product details, competitor authorization, stock status, shipping costs, delivery requirements, order status, and any other information needed to review the request.
Price matching may be limited to one approved price match per item per customer. Gymbuild may modify, pause, or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time.
