Warranty policy overview
Products purchased from Gymbuild are covered according to the warranty terms provided by the applicable manufacturer. Warranty terms vary by brand, product, product line, usage type, and manufacturer requirements.
Gymbuild will help guide you through the warranty support process, gather required information, and coordinate with the appropriate brand, supplier, manufacturer, or warehouse when applicable.
Manufacturer warranty coverage
Manufacturer warranties commonly cover defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Warranty duration, covered parts, labor coverage, exclusions, claim requirements, and resolution options vary by brand and product.
Some manufacturers provide different warranty terms for home use, commercial use, facility use, institutional use, or other multi-user environments. Coverage may also vary by product category, product line, component type, and how the equipment is used.
Please review the product page, product manual, manufacturer documentation, or warranty information provided with your item for the most accurate coverage details.
Warranty eligibility
Warranty eligibility may depend on the product, brand, order date, delivery date, usage environment, assembly, maintenance, registration requirements, and documentation provided during the claim review.
To help verify warranty eligibility, Gymbuild or the manufacturer may request:
- Your Gymbuild order number
- Product name, model number, SKU, or serial number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Photos of labels, serial plates, or damaged components
- A description of how and when the issue occurred
- Proof of purchase or delivery information
- Any troubleshooting steps already completed
What warranties may cover
Coverage depends on the manufacturer's warranty terms, but eligible warranty claims may include issues such as:
- Manufacturing defects
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Covered frame, structural, mechanical, or component issues
- Covered replacement parts when approved by the manufacturer
The available resolution may vary by product and manufacturer. Depending on the issue, a warranty resolution may include troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance, replacement components, or another manufacturer-approved solution.
What warranties may not cover
Manufacturer warranties usually have exclusions. Coverage may not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, scuffs, or minor finish variation
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage
- Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, maintenance, or handling
- Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose, rating, or approved setting
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or replacement parts
- Damage from accidents, environmental conditions, moisture, rust, or corrosion
- Labor, assembly, installation, disassembly, diagnosis, service visits, or removal costs unless specifically covered by the manufacturer
- Use in a commercial, facility, or multi-user environment when the product is not rated or approved for that setting
- Shipping damage, delivery damage, missing items, shortages, or freight-related issues
Final warranty eligibility is determined by the applicable manufacturer, supplier, or warranty provider according to their warranty terms.
Shipping damage is not a warranty claim
Damage, missing items, shortages, and delivery-related issues are handled separately from warranty claims.
If your order arrives damaged, has missing items, or has a delivery issue, please use our Report Damage or Missing Items form instead of submitting a warranty request.
Delivery issues should be reported as soon as possible and ideally within 3 days of delivery. Please keep all packaging, pallets, labels, parts, manuals, hardware, and related materials available until Gymbuild has reviewed the issue and provided next steps.
How to request warranty support
To request warranty support, please use our Warranty Support form.
After your request is submitted, Gymbuild will review the information and follow up by email with next steps. Depending on the product and manufacturer, we may ask for additional photos, videos, serial numbers, part numbers, troubleshooting details, registration details, or other documentation.
Warranty review process
Warranty claims may require review by Gymbuild, the supplier, the manufacturer, or an authorized warranty team. Review times can vary depending on the brand, product, issue, documentation provided, parts availability, and manufacturer response time.
Submitting a warranty support request does not automatically approve a warranty claim. The manufacturer or warranty provider may need to verify the issue before approving any repair, replacement part, replacement component, or other resolution.
Replacement parts and availability
If a warranty claim is approved, the manufacturer may provide replacement parts or components depending on the issue and the warranty terms.
Replacement part availability, shipping method, lead time, and fulfillment location may vary by brand and product. Some parts may ship directly from the manufacturer, supplier, or warehouse partner.
Labor, assembly, and service costs
Unless specifically covered by the manufacturer's warranty, warranty support does not include labor, assembly, installation, disassembly, diagnosis, service visits, room-of-choice placement, packaging removal, or equipment removal.
Some products may require customer assembly, troubleshooting, or part replacement after delivery. Please follow all manufacturer instructions, safety warnings, maintenance requirements, and assembly guidance.
Product registration
Some manufacturers may require or recommend product registration to receive full warranty service. Registration requirements, deadlines, and claim steps vary by brand and product.
If your product includes registration instructions, please follow the manufacturer's registration process and keep a copy of your purchase confirmation for your records.
Returns and refunds
Warranty support is different from a return request. If you want to return an eligible item, please review our Returns & Damages Policy and use the Start a Return form.
A warranty issue does not automatically qualify an order for return or refund. Resolution options depend on the product, issue, manufacturer terms, and warranty review outcome.
