Gymbuild works to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, cancellation requests are subject to order status and fulfillment stage.
This policy explains how cancellations are handled for purchases made on gymbuild.net.
Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing an order.
Orders often begin processing shortly after purchase. While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Orders That Have Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If an order has already shipped and you no longer wish to keep the item:

Refused deliveries may result in additional shipping or restocking fees
Pre-Orders & Backordered Items
Pre-orders and backordered items may be canceled prior to entering the fulfillment or production stage.
Once processing or fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Custom, Built-to-Order & Special-Order Items
Custom-built, made-to-order, and special-order products cannot be canceled once production or customization has started.
This includes items that are:

Fabricated or custom-assembled

Configured to customer-specific specifications
Address Errors & Delivery Issues
If a shipment is returned due to:

An incorrect shipping address

Delivery refusal

Failure to accept delivery or schedule freight appointment
The following may apply:

Shipping fees are non-refundable

Restocking fees may be assessed

Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected in unused condition
Refund Timeline for Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation request is approved prior to shipment:

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

Additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider
