The Body-Solid GFT100 Functional Trainer is a dual-stack cable training system for total-body strength work in home, garage, and fitness-facility settings. The GFT100 supports flyes, presses, squats, lunges, shrugs, rows, curls, extensions, pressdowns, crunches, and other cable movements. The integrated chinning bar adds chin-ups, pull-ups, and leg raises, while the dual-stack layout supports isolateral movements and balanced total-body training.

When assembled, the GFT100 measures 45" L × 64" W × 83" H.
The 83" overall height is an important dimension to consider when planning the training area and checking available ceiling height.
The GFT100 supports a wide range of cable exercises including flys, presses, squats, lunges, rows, curls, extensions, pressdowns, and crunches.
The integrated chinning bar also supports exercises such as chin-ups, pull-ups, and leg raises.
The GFT100 uses a 2:1 stack-to-resistance ratio, which means each handle provides approximately half the weight selected on that side's stack. For example, selecting 20 lb on one stack provides about 10 lb of resistance at that handle.
If both sides are set to 20 lb and used together, you would feel about 10 lb at each handle, or about 20 lb of combined resistance across both handles. This ratio also allows for smaller resistance changes and greater cable travel.
With the 160 lb, 210 lb, and 310 lb stack options, the maximum resistance is approximately 80 lb, 105 lb, and 155 lb per handle, respectively.
The GFT100 includes aluminum stirrup handles, a triceps rope, a chin & dip belt, a double swivel bar, and an accessory rack for storing the included attachments.
Additional compatible accessories, such as the GFT100SH weight-stack shrouds, are available separately.
The GFT100 ships by freight with curbside delivery. Because the functional trainer is a large, heavy shipment, delivery is handled differently from a standard parcel order.
After the shipment is transferred to the freight carrier, the carrier will use the phone number provided at checkout to contact you and coordinate delivery. Make sure the contact information on your order is accurate and that someone is available to receive the shipment.
When it arrives: inspect the shipment before signing for it. Check for visible damage, note any damage on the delivery paperwork when applicable, take photos when possible, and contact Gymbuild promptly if anything appears damaged or missing.
The GFT100 is covered by the Body-Solid In-Home Lifetime Warranty and Body-Solid Light Commercial Warranty.
Coverage varies by component; the complete coverage details are shown in the Warranty & Returns tab.
