Pay with Affirm

Pay over time with Affirm on eligible Gymbuild purchases.

Affirm gives eligible customers flexible payment options at checkout, with clear terms shown before completing the order.

How Affirm works

1. Select Affirm at checkout

When you are ready to check out, choose Affirm as your payment method if it is available for your order.

2. Complete the Affirm application

Affirm may ask for a few details to review your eligibility and show any available payment options.

3. Review your payment options

If approved, review the available payment plans, payment schedule, rate, down payment requirement if applicable, and other terms before completing your purchase.

4. Complete your Gymbuild order

After your order is placed, Gymbuild will review and fulfill the order according to our normal availability, processing, shipping, and delivery process.

Why customers use Affirm

Affirm may be helpful for larger fitness equipment purchases because it can allow eligible customers to spread payments over time instead of paying the full order amount upfront.

  • Clear terms: Affirm shows available payment options and terms before you complete your purchase.

  • No late fees from Affirm: Affirm states that it does not charge late fees.

  • Flexible payment options: Eligible customers may be able to choose from available payment options based on the order and Affirm approval.

  • Useful for larger purchases: Affirm may help customers plan home gym, commercial fitness, or larger equipment purchases over time.

Managing Affirm payments

Affirm payments are managed through Affirm, not directly through Gymbuild.

After completing an order with Affirm, customers can manage payments, view payment details, and review account information through Affirm.

To manage your Affirm account or payments, visit affirm.com or use the Affirm app.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds with Affirm

Orders paid with Affirm are still subject to Gymbuild's normal order review, fulfillment, shipping, cancellation, return, damage, and warranty processes.

If you need to return an eligible item, please review our Returns & Damages Policy and use our Start a Return form.

If you need to cancel an order, please review our Cancellation Policy and contact Gymbuild as soon as possible.

If a refund is approved for an order paid with Affirm, the refund process may involve Gymbuild, Affirm, the supplier, the warehouse, the payment provider, and any applicable return inspection or deduction process. Affirm payment adjustments and timing are handled according to Affirm's terms and processing.
