How much space does it require?

The GLCE365B changes dimensions depending on how it is positioned for the exercise. In the leg extension setup, it measures approximately 55" L × 27" W × 48" H. In the leg curl setup, it measures approximately 74" L × 27" W × 31" H.

When planning your training area, allow enough room for the longer 74-inch configuration as well as space to get on and off the machine comfortably.

Are weight plates included?

No. Weight plates are sold separately. The GLCE365B has a standard 1" diameter weight post for standard weight plates.

If you use Olympic plates, an optional Olympic adapter sleeve can be added to accommodate 2" Olympic plate openings.

How does it adjust for leg extensions and leg curls?

The DuraFirm back pad can be set to three upright positions for leg extensions and two supinated positions for leg curls.

The oversized 8" foam rollers also adjust vertically and horizontally, helping position the machine properly for different users and exercises.
