Body-Solid GLDA3 Commercial Leg Developer Attachment

The Body-Solid GLDA3 Commercial Leg Developer Attachment expands compatible Body-Solid GFID71B and GFID100B benches for plate-loaded leg extension and leg curl training. Its six-roller design supports focused lower-body training, while the pivot can be locked to create a leg hold-down for lat pulldowns and ab crunches.

The GLDA3 is an attachment only and requires a compatible bench. It uses a standard 1-inch weight plate post. Weight plates, collars, and an optional Olympic adapter sleeve are sold separately.
