The Body-Solid GFID100B Adjustable FID Bench supports flat, incline, and decline strength training from one compact bench platform. Its independent back pad and seat pad adjustments help position the user for pressing, dumbbell work, decline training, and core exercises.

Built with a 14-gauge 3 in. round steel mainframe, DuraFirm upholstery, an included leg hold-down, and transport wheels, the GFID100B is designed for versatile use in home and commercial training spaces.
