Which benches is the GLRA81B compatible with?

The GLRA81B is designed for use with the Body-Solid GFID71B and GDIB46LB benches only.

A compatible bench is required to use the attachment, and the bench is sold separately.

How tall is it when installed?

The GLRA81B measures approximately 83" high when attached to a compatible bench.

This installed height is important to check when planning the training area and making sure you have enough ceiling clearance. Overall floor space will also depend on which compatible bench the attachment is installed on.

What exercises can you perform?

The high- and low-pulley system supports lat pulldowns, seated rows, and other cable movements for the back, arms, and shoulders.

The GLRA81B includes a lat bar, low row bar, and two cables for the high- and low-pulley setups.

What weight plates can I use?

The GLRA81B uses a standard 1" weight post for resistance. Weight plates are sold separately.

If you use Olympic plates, an optional adapter sleeve can convert the post for 2" Olympic plates. Weight plates, collars, and adapter sleeves are not included.

What warranty applies to the GLRA81B?
