Body-Solid EXM3000LPS Multi-Station Gym

The Body-Solid EXM3000LPS Multi-Station Gym is a dual-stack selectorized strength system designed for comprehensive total-body training and simultaneous use. Two independent 210 lb weight stacks support multiple training stations, while the included leg press and calf press uses a 2:1 ratio to provide up to 420 lb of resistance.

Its integrated station layout supports pressing, rowing, pec and rear-delt work, lat pulldowns, abdominal training, leg extensions, leg curls, low-pulley exercises, leg presses, and calf presses. DuraFirm pads, full-length steel weight-stack shrouds, adjustable training positions, and dedicated upper- and lower-body stations create a versatile setup for home gyms and light-commercial training environments.
